An Environment of Trust, Respect and Dialogue

My approach to leadership workshops is based on interactions with the participants, building understanding and provoking reflection. I explain concepts through a short theoretical foundation, then some practical applications and/or examples culminating in a discussion or exercise to recognize how this might apply in daily life (either in the workplace or in general).

In informal sessions individuals are encouraged to participate through questions, observations and sharing their own experiences. All this in a trusted environment. Not only do the participants learn workplace skills, they also learn life skills!

The workshops have a natural flow where learnings of previous modules come into play in subsequent modules.

First we explore how personal values and company values interact to determine the workplace culture and impact on individual work environment.

From there we move to the most important and also a few less understood elements of communication, which then naturally feeds into the subjects of team building and leadership.

By this time a comprehensive understanding has been developed about the dynamics within the workplace and the way we interact.

The management toolkit subsequently provides extra tools which can be applied in various situations in the busy life of a leader, but like the previous modules can also be applied in personal life.

There are optional modules around monitoring performance and a basic understanding of Health & Safety principles.

All modules can be finetuned to your specific requirements.
